RMA Status Request

Repair

Step 1: Enter RMA information

The RMA Number is the 9 digit number assigned to you when you created the request. This number was also included in the repair acknowledgement email

Step 2: Enter one of the following

Your customer number (8 digits) can be found on your order acknowledgement.  It is often labeled: "Sold to." 

This is the 5 or 9 digit code for your postal zone.
